အာရက္ခတပ်တော်၏ အောင်မြင်မှုကို လေ့လာခြင်း

အာရက္ခတပ်တော် (Arakan Army-AA) ၏ (၁၇) နှစ်ကြာ တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးစဉ်သည် မိမိတို့၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခွင့် (self-determination)၊ တန်းတူညီမျှမှု (equality) နှင့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ် (federal democracy)ကိုရရှိရန် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်နေကြသော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ တော်လှန်ရေး လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအနက် အထင်ရှားဆုံးနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုအများဆုံး ဖြစ်ရပ်တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ထင်ရှားနေသည်။
နှစ်များတစ်လျှောက်တွင် AA သည် စစ်ရေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံရေးအောင်မြင်မှုများကိုသာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းနှင့် အခြားဒေသများတွင် အလားတူ ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အကောင်အထည် ဖော်နေသော စစ်အာဏာရှင်အောက်မှ လွတ်မြောက်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုများအတွက် ခွန်အားနှင့် အဖိုးတန်သင်ခန်းစာများကိုလည်း ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် AA ၏ တော်လှန်ရေးနည်းလမ်းများနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးတည်ဆောက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ချဉ်းကပ်ပုံများကို လေ့လာနားလည်ခြင်းသည် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်း လွတ်လပ်မှုနှင့် တရားမျှတမှုအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းနေသူများအတွက် အရေးပါသော သင်ခန်းစာများကို ပေးနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ဤဆောင်းပါးတွင် အာရက္ခတပ်တော်၏ ကြံ့ခိုင်မှု၊ အင်အားနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုတို့ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေသည့် အဓိကအချက်များကို လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ထားပြီး၊ အကြံပြုချက်တချို့ကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်းထားသည်။
အောင်မြင်မှုအတွက် အုတ်မြစ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့သော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှု
သမိုင်းတစ်လျှောက် အာရက္ခဒေသတွင် လွတ်မြောက်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုများစွာ ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့သော်လည်း ယနေ့ အာရက္ခတပ်တော်ရရှိထားသည့် အောင်မြင်မှုအတိုင်းအတာကို မည်သည့်အဖွဲ့မျှ မရရှိခဲ့ပေ။
ယခင်လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ၏ အဓိကအားနည်းချက်မှာ ခေါင်းဆောင်များအနေဖြင့် အာရက္ခပြည်သူများ အားလုံးကို စည်းလုံးညီညွှတ်စွာ စုစည်းနိုင်ခြင်း၊ ရှိပြီးသား အရင်းအမြစ်များကို ထိရောက်စွာ စုစည်းအသုံးချနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် ရေရှည်တော်လှန်ရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်မည့် စနစ်တကျ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော အမျိုးသားလှုပ်ရှားမှုတစ်ရပ်ကို တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ခြင်း မရှိခဲ့ခြင်းတို့ ဖြစ်သည်။
အာရက္ခတပ်တော်၏ ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ထွန်းမြတ်နိုင်သည် ရှေ့မြင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသော (Visionary)၊ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာရှိပြီး သမာသမတ်ကျသော (Integrity)နှင့် ဉာဏ်ပညာပြည့်ဝသော ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးအဖြစ် ထင်ရှားသည်။ တစ်ချိန်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ တော်လှန်ရေးခေါင်းဆောင်အချို့သည် တော်လှန်ရေးကို အပြည့်အဝအာရုံမစိုက်ဘဲ သက်တောင့်သက်သာဘဝ၊ ပျော်ရွှင်မှုနှင့် ဇိမ်ခံဘဝတို့တွင် အချိန်ကုန်လွန်နေကြကြောင်း ပွင့်လင်းစွာ ဝေဖန်ခဲ့ဖူးသည်။ ထိုပြောကြားချက်အရ သူကိုယ်တိုင်သည် .....
